  • Enter Splits the Line Where Your Cursor Is

When you're editing a lyric line and hit Enter in the middle of a sentence, the line now splits cleanly into two. What's before the cursor stays on the current line, what's after becomes a new line below. Trailing spaces get trimmed on both halves. Chord markers in the lines that follow shift to stay anchored to the same words.

  • Rhythm Picker Plays the Real Instrument

Tapping a rhythm pattern in the Choose picker now plays it through the song's actual instrument over this section's chord progression, instead of the placeholder click track. The preview matches what you'll hear when the song plays. Custom-flow song templates also assign rhythm patterns per section properly now (Simple keeps verses on All Downstrokes, choruses open). Non-Latin templates dropped the muted-chuck patterns that only sound right on guitar.

  • Smaller Recording Frustrations Cleaned Up

The clap calibration test now updates your latency offset right away (used to need you to close and reopen the recorder before the new value took effect). Review Take warns you if a take ended short and offers a one-tap link to add more chords. A new shortcut at the bottom of the Chords tab copies that section's progression to every other section in the song (confirmation gated). Lyrics pasted with a blank line between every single line no longer produce 20 single-line sections.
