New drum patterns now start with real recorded drums instead of synth sounds. The rows are also ordered by weight, kick and toms at the top down to hi-hat, so the grid reads the way a kit sounds. Patterns you already made keep the sounds you picked.
A new structure preset with every section in order: Intro, Verse, Prechorus, Chorus, Instrumental, Bridge, Outro. It sets a pop strum per section, so you get a full song shape in one tap.
MIDI export has an "Ignore strumming" option that writes plain block chords instead of the strum pattern. Handy when you want to take the chords into another app and add your own feel.
Duplicating a song now brings its recordings across too, so you can branch a song and keep the takes you already made.
A few fixes. Chords set to half a bar now sync instead of failing to upload, so those edits stop getting stuck. Changing a song's instrument saves right away and no longer leaves some notes on the old sound. Audio no longer breaks up into a faint recording when you start playback again while it is still loading. The drums preview updates live as you edit the grid, and leaving the drums editor is no longer slow.
