Open any section in the lyrics view and you'll see a small recording strip right below the lyrics: play, chevrons to rotate through your takes, a scrubbable progress slider, and a "Record new" entry to add one. Pro users get up to three layers with track number badges and an "Add layer" link.
When Bluetooth earphones are connected, recording now goes through your phone mic so chord playback in your earphones stays clear (Settings has a toggle if you want the Bluetooth mic specifically). The Settings page is also split into Preferences, Actions, and Audio sections, with a new Mic gain card that opens a live meter so you can see and hear the gain change while you adjust. The recording teleprompter also respects your Do Re Mi setting now.
